# Inchframe End User License Agreement — DRAFT FOR COUNSEL REVIEW Effective date: [DATE] THIS TEMPLATE IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE. Counsel must finalize governing law, warranty, liability, consumer-rights, open-source, and distribution language. ## 1. License grant Subject to payment, plan limits, and the Terms, Unus Mundus LLC grants the licensee a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use Inchframe for the subscription term. Creator and Pro licenses are for the licensed individual and permitted devices shown at checkout. ## 2. Demo license The demo license provides temporary Pro evaluation capabilities for the displayed period. It is not a perpetual license and does not authorize client contract work. Demo watermark and clean-export allowances are part of the license conditions. Existing project files remain accessible after expiry, but paid capabilities may be disabled. ## 3. Permitted production use by plan Creator permits self-produced projects for the licensee's own channels, releases, portfolio, internal use, and owned-brand use, including monetized distribution by the licensee. Creator does not permit work commissioned by, produced under contract for, or delivered as a production service to a third-party client. A Pro license is required for client contract work. Pro permits both self-produced projects and client contract work. This permission applies to use of the Inchframe software; it does not grant rights to third-party services, models, music, media, trademarks, performers, or customer content, and it does not transfer or sublicense the software to a client. ## 4. Restrictions Except where law expressly permits, the licensee may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, sell, provide service-bureau access, defeat license controls, fabricate entitlement responses, remove required demo watermarks, reverse engineer for circumvention, or use the software to violate law or third-party rights. This does not prohibit lawful interoperability, security research, backup, or rights that cannot be waived. ## 5. Ownership and components Inchframe and its proprietary components are licensed, not sold. Third-party libraries, workflows, models, fonts, codecs, and services remain governed by their own licenses. The customer is responsible for ComfyUI, model, custom-node, FFmpeg, provider, media, and other third-party licensing. ## 6. Updates and compatibility Updates may add, change, or remove functionality and may be required for security or licensing compatibility. GPU drivers, ComfyUI versions, models, nodes, workflows, Python environments used by source builds, and external APIs are outside the software warranty. ## 7. Data and network access The desktop app may contact the licensing backend to activate, verify, refresh, or deactivate entitlements and may contact providers selected by the user. Data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Local license state is stored in the user profile and should not contain payment-card data. ## 8. Termination The license ends when the subscription or order ends, the demo expires, or a material breach is not cured. On termination, paid capabilities may stop and the licensee must uninstall copies when required, while retaining access to customer-owned files as described in the Terms. ## 9. Warranty and liability Apply the warranty disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms, subject to non-waivable consumer law. [ADD ANY LIMITED INSTALLATION WARRANTY OR SUPPORT SLA.] ## 10. Export, sanctions, and government users The licensee must comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws. [ADD U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS LANGUAGE IF NEEDED.] ## 11. Contact [LEGAL EMAIL AND POSTAL ADDRESS]
