End User License Agreement
## Inchframe End User License Agreement Effective date: July 21, 2026 ### 1. License grant Subject to payment, plan limits, and the Terms, Unus Mundus LLC grants the licensee a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use Inchframe for the subscription term. Creator and Pro licenses are for one licensed individual and up to two personally controlled devices, unless checkout or a signed order says otherwise. No organizational, seat-based, managed-render, or custom-node service is included unless a separate signed order expressly provides it. Paid self-service plans include the Creator plan (offered at $29 per month or $290 per year) and the Pro plan (offered at $59 per month or $590 per year). ### 2. Demo license The demo license provides temporary Pro evaluation capabilities for a standard period of 7 calendar days unless a different period is displayed at signup. It is not a perpetual license. No payment method is required or collected for the demo, and it does not automatically convert into a paid plan. One final master export is provided without the Inchframe demo watermark, while later final and social exports include the demo watermark. Existing project files and readable projects remain accessible and existing outputs remain downloadable after expiry, but new creation and paid capabilities are disabled until a plan is purchased. Enrollment or device manipulation may result in demo suspension. ### 3. Restrictions Except where law expressly permits, the licensee may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, sell, provide service-bureau access, defeat license controls, fabricate entitlement responses, remove required demo watermarks, reverse engineer for circumvention, or use the software to violate law or third-party rights. This does not prohibit lawful interoperability, security research, backup, or rights that cannot be waived. Users are strictly prohibited from using the Service to create or distribute unlawful sexual content, child sexual abuse material, nonconsensual intimate imagery, fraudulent impersonation, malicious deepfakes, harassment, malware, or instructions facilitating serious harm. ### 4. Ownership and components Inchframe and its proprietary components are licensed, not sold. Inchframe operates as a desktop facilitator of disparate entities to create AI video products, is not token-driven, and requires the user to bring their own GPU, storage, and API keys from AI service providers. Third-party libraries, workflows, models, fonts, codecs, and services remain governed by their own licenses. The customer is responsible for ComfyUI, model, custom-node, FFmpeg, provider, media, and other third-party licensing. Plan fees do not include third-party API usage, Comfy Cloud credits, GPU costs, model licenses, music licenses, or storage. ### 5. Updates and compatibility Updates may add, change, or remove functionality and may be required for security or licensing compatibility. GPU drivers, ComfyUI versions, models, nodes, workflows, Python environments used by source builds, and external APIs are outside the software warranty. Unus Mundus LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve access to customer-owned local project files but does not guarantee third-party services or uninterrupted availability. ### 6. Data and network access The desktop app may contact the Unus Mundus LLC licensing backend to activate, verify, refresh, or deactivate entitlements and may contact providers selected by the user. The license check is limited to license, entitlement, device, app-version, and security/fraud information needed to operate the license; it does not require upload of local project media, prompts, renders, or API keys. Unus Mundus LLC will not use local project content to train or improve Inchframe unless it first obtains the permission required by applicable law and clearly discloses that use. Data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Local license state is stored in the user profile and should not contain payment-card data. ### 7. Termination The license ends when the subscription or order ends, the demo expires, or a material breach is not cured. On termination, paid capabilities may stop and the licensee must uninstall copies when required, while retaining access to customer-owned files as described in the Terms. ### 8. Warranty and liability The warranty disclaimers and liability limits set forth in the Terms apply fully to this License, subject to any non-waivable consumer law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," and Unus Mundus LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing. Additionally, Unus Mundus LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business, third-party provider charges, or customer publication decisions. Total liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees paid in the preceding 12 months, subject to non-waivable law. These terms are governed by the laws of California, excluding conflict rules, and any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. ### 9. Export, sanctions, and government users The licensee must comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws. ### 10.
