Terms of Service
## Inchframe Terms of Service Effective date: July 21, 2026 Provider: Unus Mundus LLC, a California limited liability company, 8110 Redlands Street, Playa Del Rey, CA 90293, United States Contact: info@inchframe.com ### 1. Agreement and eligibility These Terms govern access to Inchframe software, websites, licensing services, subscriptions, and related support (the “Service”). By creating an account, activating a license, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, the customer agrees to these Terms, the EULA, Privacy Policy, and any plan-specific order form. Users must be at least 13 years old. If applicable law requires a higher age to use the Service or provide consent, users must meet that age or have the consent required by law. A paid subscription must be purchased by a person legally authorized to enter the billing agreement and provide the payment method, such as the adult account holder or an authorized business representative. The Service is available to both individual consumers and business customers in the United States where legally permitted. ### 2. Demo access The standard demo provides 7 calendar days of Pro product capabilities unless a different period is displayed at signup. No payment method is required, no payment method is collected for the demo, and the demo does not automatically convert into a paid plan. One final master export may be provided without the Inchframe demo watermark; later final and social exports may include the demo watermark. When the demo expires, existing projects remain readable and existing outputs remain downloadable, but new creation and paid capabilities are disabled until a plan is purchased. Abuse, automated account creation, device manipulation, clock manipulation, or repeated demo enrollment may result in demo suspension. ### 3. Plans and entitlements Creator and Pro are the only self-service plans and provide only the capabilities displayed at checkout, in an order form, or in the current feature matrix. Centralized render-server operation, multi-client administration, managed custom nodes, seats, and organization controls are not included in either plan. Plan features may evolve, but paid customers will receive notice of material reductions as required by law and contract. Creator is intended as a guided cloud-first plan using the supported OpenAI and Google Gemini integrations and connected Comfy Cloud rendering. Pro adds local rendering and the complete advanced desktop control set, including logs, detailed job history, shortcode management, script ingest, lyric-video assembly, custom timing, project administration, and archive capabilities. Exact limits and included features are those disclosed at checkout and in the then-current feature matrix; third-party provider charges remain separate. ### 4. Fees, renewal, taxes, and cancellation Paid self-service plans are offered monthly and annually in U.S. dollars. The current standard prices are: Creator, $29 per month or $290 per year; and Pro, $59 per month or $590 per year. Annual plans are billed in advance, are equivalent to $24.17 per month for Creator and $49.17 per month for Pro, and are presented as including two months compared with twelve monthly payments. The price, billing frequency, currency, and renewal term will be shown clearly before purchase. Unless checkout states otherwise, a paid subscription automatically renews until canceled. The customer expressly authorizes recurring charges only after affirmatively accepting the displayed renewal terms. Customers may cancel online through https://account.inchframe.com without unnecessary steps. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, all fees already paid are nonrefundable. Unus Mundus LLC will provide renewal, price-change, and annual notices where required. Taxes and payment-processor fees may apply. Chargebacks do not replace the cancellation process and may result in account review. ### 5. Third-party services and separate charges Inchframe connects to services selected by the customer, which may include OpenAI, Google, ComfyUI, Comfy Cloud, model providers, storage providers, and other tools. Those services have separate terms, privacy practices, availability, content rules, licenses, subscriptions, credits, and usage charges. Inchframe plan fees do not include third-party API usage, Comfy Cloud credits, GPU costs, model licenses, music licenses, storage, or internet service unless an order form expressly says otherwise. ### 6. Customer content and permissions The customer retains rights it has in uploaded scripts, lyrics, audio, images, prompts, project files, and outputs (“Customer Content”). The customer grants Unus Mundus LLC a limited license to process Customer Content only as necessary to provide, secure, and support the Service as described in the Privacy Policy and selected settings. Unus Mundus LLC will not use local project content to train or improve Inchframe unless it first obtains the permission required by applicable law and clearly discloses that use. The customer represents that it has all rights, releases, licenses, and permissions needed for Customer Content and its intended use, including music, performer, publicity, privacy, trademark, and copyrighted-material rights. ### 7. AI-generated outputs AI outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive, similar to third-party content, or unavailable for exclusive ownership. The customer must review outputs before publication or commercial use. Unus Mundus LLC does not guarantee copyright, trademark clearance, uniqueness, non-infringement, factual accuracy, or suitability. Copyright protection may depend on the nature and extent of human authorship and is determined case by case. ### 8. Acceptable use Users may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; create or distribute unlawful sexual content, child sexual abuse material, nonconsensual intimate imagery, fraudulent impersonation, malicious deepfakes, harassment, malware, or instructions facilitating serious harm; evade licensing or security controls; interfere with the Service; scrape or resell access without permission; or submit content they lack authority to process. Additional provider policies may apply to connected AI services. ### 9. Software, feedback, and trademarks Inchframe software, product design, documentation, branding, and service technology remain owned by Unus Mundus LLC and its licensors. The EULA governs installation and software use. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, provided it does not identify the customer or disclose confidential information. No trademark license is granted except as necessary to identify the Service. ### 10. Availability, changes, and beta features The Service may change, experience interruptions, or depend on third parties. Experimental, beta, and preview features are provided for evaluation and may be changed or discontinued. Unus Mundus LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve access to customer-owned local project files but does not guarantee third-party services, generated results, or uninterrupted availability. ### 11. Suspension and termination Access may be suspended for nonpayment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or harm to the Service or others. Where practical and lawful, notice and an opportunity to cure will be provided. Upon termination, the customer must stop using paid capabilities and uninstall licensed copies as required by the EULA. Sections that by nature should survive will survive. ### 12. Disclaimers TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” UNUS MUNDUS LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived. ### 13. Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNUS MUNDUS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS; THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER CHARGES; OR CUSTOMER PUBLICATION DECISIONS. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED [GREATER OF $100 OR FEES PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS], SUBJECT TO NON-WAIVABLE LAW. ### 14. Indemnity To the extent permitted by law, business customers will defend and indemnify Unus Mundus LLC against third-party claims arising from Customer Content, unlawful use, breach of these Terms, or infringement caused by customer instructions or distribution, except to the extent caused by Unus Mundus LLC. 15. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of California, excluding conflict rules. Venue will be the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver: Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court or where the law prevents it, you and Unus Mundus LLC agree that all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (“Disputes”) will be resolved through binding individual arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Waiver: YOU AND UNUS MUNDUS LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. Public Injunctive Relief: Notwithstanding any other provision, any claim for public injunctive relief may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. Right to Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending an email to info@inchframe.com with the subject "Opt-Out of Arbitration" and including your full name and account details. If you opt out, neither you nor Unus Mundus LLC will be required to arbitrate claims. ### 16. Changes and contact Material changes will be communicated as required by law. The current version will show its effective date. Questions and legal notices should be sent to Unus Mundus LLC, 8110 Redlands Street, Playa Del Rey, CA 90293, or info@inchframe.com (unless a replacement legal-notices address is published). 17.
